Description
Biopic , Drama This story is inspired by real events that took place in France in the late 19th century.
Born deaf and blind, Heurtin Marie , aged 14 , is unable to communicate with the rest of the world.
His father , a modest craftsman, can not bring himself to be interned in an asylum as a doctor who advised the judge " moron ."
In desperation , he went to the Institute of Larnay , near Poitiers, where religious support for young deaf girls.
Despite the skepticism of the Mother Superior , a young nun, Sister Margaret, is confident to take care of the "little wild animal " that is Mary and do everything to go out on night.
