Description

Parvati Yoga offers you Vinyasa Yoga (dynamic yoga), Yin Yoga (slow and meditative yoga) & Kundalini Yoga (awareness yoga). A few words about the types of yogas taught:

Vinyasa yoga:
Dynamic and fluid yoga that will mobilize the whole body by following a series of postures called “flow”. Vinyasa means synchronization of movement with breathing ”. This is the heart of this discipline which invites us to reconnect with the essential: our breathing, the engine of our life.

Yin yoga:
Yoga that will take you deep within yourself. The postures, mainly on the floor, are held for several minutes in order to work in depth the joints, ligaments and connective tissues. It is a great gateway to meditative practices. So you experience the stillness of body and mind.

Kundalini Yoga:
Powerful holistic technology that works on the different planes of the being from series (called "kriyas") using breath, rhythm, dynamic or static postures, sound (in the form of mantras), relaxation and meditation . Kundalini Yoga is considered by some to be the “original yoga” insofar as it brings together in the corpus of its techniques many forms of yoga. Its practice acts on the circulation of vital energy, called Kundalini by yogis, which is activated for better physical and mental balance.

Date et horaire d'ouverture

From 01/09 to 30/06, every Monday and Friday between 6.45 pm and 8.15 pm.
Outside of school holidays. Mondays (Le Bourget village hall, near La Norma) and Fridays (Fourneaux mini gymnasium, near Modane). During the health crisis: sessions offered by videoconference.

Tarifs

One price: 15 €
Multi-session tickets: 120 € (10 sessions (valid for 1 year)).


Loan of material possible (mats, blocks and straps).
