Sophrology is a training of the body and the spirit which makes it possible to develop serenity and well-being. I use sophrology to help you deal with various situations using your own resources.
It's a mind-body method that combines muscle relaxation, breathing, visualisations and the focus on positive thoughts.
It is recommended in cases of stress, anxiety or sleep disorders, depression, preparation for childbirth or exams and sports competitions, pain management, etc.

Adult treatment: 1h15/1h30
Helps you reconnect with yourself, restores and harmonises your energy flows, opens up spaces for healing by helping to free conscious or unconscious blockages at physical, mental or emotional level, can relieve and improve your state of health.
Children's treatment (under 12): 1h/1h15
Remote pre- or post-operative treatment/package of 3 x 30-minute sessions
Helps reduce the need for painkillers and anti-inflammatories, relieves pain, helps healing and dissolves haematomas, helps restore blood and energy circulation to the operated limb and throughout the body, relaxing action...
Distance treatment: price depends on the duration of the treatment: after radiotherapy, inflammatory pain, healing, eczema, etc.
