In a warm setting, we offer authentic cuisine based on local produce.
As a member of an association that promotes local produce, we're keen to share the nuggets of our region. Local Bessan cuisine such as Farci de Bessans and Agnelos, as well as local charcuterie. We also offer the Savoyard classics: raclette, fondue and tartiflette. And last but not least, gourmet desserts. A well-stocked wine list with around fifty references to accompany all these dishes. As a member of an association that promotes local produce, we are keen to share the nuggets of our region. Groups can be catered for between seasons on request.
