Very attached to Bessans traditions, I offer you quality cuisine based on fresh seasonal produce. Local cuisine and Savoyard specialities (booking required at least the day before). Bessans specialities: agnelos, gantelles... The lunch menu is different from the evening menu.

From 16/12/2025 to 11/04/2026 on Monday between 7 pm and 10.30 pm. On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 10.30 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.
Closed on December 24th evening, December 25th and January 1st noon.
