The "Espace propriétaires" is a new space set up by the Habitat - Immobilier de Loisirs team at the Maison Cantonale in Modane. Danielle, Elisabeth and Guillaume welcome you to this resource center, open to all homeowner profiles, to provide information, advice and support on topics such as energy renovation, home adaptation, renovation/rental for mobile workers, legal information, leisure real estate, tourist tax, etc.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 1.30 pm and 5.30 pm. On Friday between 8.30 am and 12 pm.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
