Beaufort tasting at the end of the visit. A farmer welcomes you to his farm and will share with you a moment of his life as a breeder. He will introduce you to his Tarine and Abondance cows... you know, the ones that produce the milk used to make Beaufort! You will discover the particularities of mountain breeding, the daily life of these passionate men who, from generation to generation, pass on this know-how.
