Les Balcons d'Anaïs*** is ideally located at the foot of the ski lifts, opposite the Jardin des Neiges, and close to La Norma's shops and restaurants. It comprises cosy mountain chalets facing the slopes, with wooden facades and balconies, and a heated swimming pool (the only one in the resort). The residence faces south, close to the tennis courts. Shops and the resort center are just 100 meters away. All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette (dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle), bathroom, separate toilet (except in apartments for disabled guests - 2/3 rooms for 6 people) and a 5m² balcony with sun loungers.
On-site facilities include a reception with lounge, elevator, laundromat and bakery service to order.
Wifi access and pets accepted (extra charge).
Date et horaire d'ouverture
From 21/12/2025 to 12/04/2026 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 8 am and 11 am and between 5 pm and 7 pm. On Saturday between 8 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 7 pm.
Reception closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

1 week: from 329 € (In a 2-room apartment for 4 people. Early booking -10% for all bookings of 7 nights minimum included in the periods 20/12-27/12, 03/01-14/02 and 07/03-11/04 registered before 01/11/2025.
Price includes accommodation, utilities and TV.).

- from 350€ to 1918€ in 2/3 rooms for 6 people
- from 364€ to 1932€ in 3 rooms 6 people
- 399€ to 2135€ for a 3-room apartment for 7 people
- from 630€ to 3129€ for a 5-room 10-person apartment.
