Description
Every January, the Festival national d'accordéon returns to Val Cenis Termignon. Concerts, evenings in bars and restaurants, artists from all over France and abroad, and a great atmosphere all over the resort. The Val Cenis Festival is a not-to-be-missed event in the world of accordion and for the resort.
It all started with two friends and a challenge: to organize a popular event in a small high-mountain village in the middle of January! A successful gamble that saw a host of talent (young and old) perform in all styles: jazz, musette, rock, swing, variety, baroque...
The accordion is everywhere: in the streets, in bars and restaurants, in church, on the ski slopes... In the land of the braggarts, there's no such thing as old-fashioned! In Termignon, the strapless piano is synonymous with joy and indulgence.
Volunteers, hosts, partners and shopkeepers are all working hard to bring you the most convivial of festivities, and your fondest memories of a warm Haute Maurienne Vanoise atmosphere.
Concert halls open to the public 30 minutes before the start of each performance.
